What is Hatha Yoga?

Hatha yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga. It concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses physical postures (asana) and breathing techniques (pranayama) with the goal being a healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. Hatha yoga postures also stretch and align the body, promoting balance and flexibility.

What is Beginner Hatha Yoga?

Beginner Hatha Yoga is Hatha yoga at a Beginner level. No yoga experience is required! This class is appropriate for those who want to learn about yoga or want to try yoga but do not want to join a class with people already experienced in yoga.

Duration & Rates

Beginner yoga class is one hour and fifteen minutes in duration.
Price: $16.00 + HST = $18.40 per class
