What is Hatha Yoga?

Hatha yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga. It concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses physical postures (asana) and breathing techniques (pranayama) with the goal being a healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. Hatha yoga postures also stretch and align the body, promoting balance and flexibility. Carolyn teaches a multi-level class once per week (appropriate for those ranging from some experience to an intermediate level of yoga experience).

Weekly Schedule

Tuesdays 5:30 – 6:30pm  Mixed Level (not suitable for those brand new to yoga)
